Shipping Zones

TheChap Global currently ships to addresses within the United States (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii).

A note on international shipping: As a cottage food producer operating under Texas Cottage Food Law, we are currently limited to domestic US shipping. We are actively working toward a commercial license that will allow us to ship internationally. Sign up for our newsletter — you'll be the first to know when we expand.

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Times

Because every jar is made to order in small batches, we need a short window to prepare your order before it ships.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery estimates are from ship date and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status by logging into your account dashboard.

If you placed an order as a guest and did not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right — full refund, replacement, or store credit. Your choice.

Eligibility:

Unopened jars may be returned for a full refund of the product price. Opened jars are eligible for a refund or replacement if you are unsatisfied with the quality, flavor, or if the product does not match its description. We do not require you to return opened product.

How to start a return:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. For unopened items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Once your return is received and confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs for unopened items are covered by us. We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

We take packaging seriously to prevent damage in transit, but occasionally things happen. We stand behind every jar we send.
