Shipping Zones

TheChap Global ships to Texas addresses only. As a cottage food producer operating under Texas Cottage Food Law (Tex. Health & Safety Code § 437.020), all sales are direct-to-consumer and limited to customers within the state of Texas. We ship via USPS to any Texas zip code. Local Austin pickup is also available — select at checkout.

Not located in Texas? We’re unable to ship outside Texas under our current production license. Join our waitlist and you’ll be the first to know when our availability expands.

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Times

Because every jar is made to order in small batches, we need a short window to prepare your order before it ships.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery estimates are from ship date and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status by logging into your account dashboard.

If you placed an order as a guest and did not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right — full refund, replacement, or store credit. Your choice. You do not need to return the product.

Eligibility:

All orders are eligible for a refund or replacement if you are unsatisfied with the quality, flavor, or if the product does not match its description. We do not require you to return product to receive a refund.

How to start a return:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your refund, replacement, or store credit. No need to ship anything back.

Once your return is received and confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We do not charge restocking fees and you never need to return product to receive your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

We take packaging seriously to prevent damage in transit, but occasionally things happen. We stand behind every jar we send.
